It's fine base for sightseeing and exploring Chitose. The hotel has brilliant location in the middle of jackson. Gochiso Deli, where you can eat, is steps away from the property.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel located inside the airport terminal, which was very convenient. The staff provided exceptional service and catered to our requests, such as offering a Japanese breakfast. Our room was spacious, modern, and quiet. We enjoyed the delicious French-style breakfast with fresh fruit, cheese, and specially-made bread. The egg dishes were exceptional, and we appreciated the authentic Oeufs en Meurette. We found the overall ambiance of the hotel to be lovely, with beautiful artwork in the lobby.

The hotel was a bit difficult to find at first due to poor signage in the airport.

Spent my Christmas holidays in this hotel, and the location was quite convenient, right in the airport, making it easy for me to catch my early morning flight. The staff was courteous and welcoming, and I liked the modern amenities in the room. The room was spacious and very comfortable, with all the necessary amenities.

One of the worst aspects of the hotel is that the signage isn't very clear and it was challenging to find the hotel's location, especially since it was crowded. The other issue I found was that the hotel closes entry at a particular time, and it was challenging to enter the hotel at later hours.

The hotel was absolutely luxurious and exceeded all my expectations. The exclusive amenities in the room were fantastic, especially the private hot spring bath which was perfect for relaxing after a long flight. The staff provided exceptional service, ensuring that all my needs were met. The bar/lounge area was also very impressive, with a wide selection of drinks and a cozy atmosphere.

The breakfast at Portom International Hokkaido was exceptional. I enjoyed a French-style meal with multiple courses, fresh fruits, and delicious Oeufs en Meurette. The waiter, Chen, was friendly and shared interesting information about the hotel's artwork. The ambience was great and I would definitely stay here again if I return to Hokkaido. I highly recommend this hotel.

A bit of difficulty in finding the hotel, especially since we arrived late and tired after a long flight. , it was a little far from the main shopping and eating areas, but not a dealbreaker since we were mainly there to catch our flight.
